Paleo Diet Yummies

I have enjoyed my first 1.5 weeks on the Paleo Diet.  What I'm finding is that it's not a diet...but an eating lifestyle.  On the Paleo Diet, you eat lean meat, veggies (except for legumes (beans, etc) & high starches like corn & regular potatoes), fruit, and seeds & nuts. So no grains, added sugars, or dairy.  I lived on Ezekiel Bread and Greek Yogurt up til now.  I'm finding that I'm not even craving those things now.  Sooooo interesting.

 

I have made several yummy recipes - and honestly, I would choose these recipes over other recipes with food in it that I can no longer eat..AND the added bonus is that these recipes are so good for you!  Among these yummies so far are Roasted Acorn Squash, Cinnamon Chicken, Chocolate Pudding, and Sweet Potato Lime Soup!  I found all of these recipes here: https://paleodietlifestyle.com/paleo-diet-recipes/.
