This mild, but yummy juice contains 59g carbs, 6g protein, and 231 calories.  This is a great juice for a cleanse or weight loss.

cucumber celery spinach apple juice
1 medium Cucumber
2 stalks celery
1 handful of baby spinach
1 green Granny Smith Apple
2 scoops of your fav protein powder

Since I'm still working out & running while juicing, I still need to make sure I'm getting plenty of protein.  So, I chose to put 2 scoops of my French Vanilla Creme protein powder in this one...which turned it into more of a creamy drink, which was super yummy!  473 calories, 10g fat, 45.8g carbs, 42.6g protein.  Great juice drink for weight loss.

Sweet Potatoe Pineapple Orange Juice

I was looking for a juice recipe that will help me have enough energy to run!  Sweet potatoes are one of the best things a runner can eat beforehand.  So, I found this amazing recipe! Almost 62g carbs AND it's yummy!

This was a very yummy way to start my day.  This protein juice contains 370 calories, 59.7g carbs, and 23.1g protein.
