Sweet Potatoe Pineapple Orange Juice

1 small Sweet Potato
1 cup of Pineapple
2 oranges

264 calories, 0.5g fat, 61.8g carbs, 3.7g protein

I was looking for a juice recipe that will help me have enough energy to run!  Sweet potatoes are one of the best things a runner can eat beforehand.  So, I found this amazing recipe! Almost 62g carbs AND it's yummy!

1 small Sweet Potatoe
1 Red Delicious Apple
1 1/4 cup Pineapple
1 3/4 cup Strawberries
1 scoop of my French Vanilla Creme Protein Powder
Cinnamon

This was a very yummy way to start my day.  This protein juice contains 370 calories, 59.7g carbs, and 23.1g protein.

This one was me just putting stuff together to see if it tasted good.  It actually did. LOL.  It was quite mild though... the cucumber and pear really tamed down the red cabbage & kale I think.  277 calories, 66.3g carbs, 9.1g protein, 0.6g fat

Beets Carrots Apples Parsley Lemon Juice
